Enchiladas

So good. I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian, but occasionally aspire to be, and I love good vegan food when I find it. Had Beyond, lentil chorizo, and mushrooms in my enchiladas. Also had cauliflower wings, also delicious. I have never had vegan cheese as good as the stuff Plant Base makes. I was hoping to go to Plant Base a few more times while in Santa Fe, so I'm heartbroken that it's closed. I really wish there was a restaurant like Plant Base in my hometown. I will definitely make a point of coming back if I ever come through Taos again.

Onion Rings

The onion rings are the best I have ever had! I am working my way through the menu and have absolutely LOVED everything so far! The atmosphere is homey and artistic, the owners and staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Love, love, love that we have this restaurant in Taos!

Loaded Nachos

My sister and I came in and sampled a lot of appetizers (onion rings, mozzarella bites and cauliflower wings) and they were all delicious! It's so refreshing to be able to order without having to make exceptions (ie. no dairy, no gluten, etc) and to still get big flavors and taste. To top it all off, the owner and staff are incredibly friendly. This is my new favorite restaurant in Taos!

Enchiladas

I picked mixed mushrooms for one enchilada and jackfruit for the other two with green chili. Both types of filling were wonderful. Will definitely be back during my next visit to Taos.

Protein Smoothie

The Smoothies are out of this world tasty and delicious. These folks do plant based right!! So excited we have this great restaurant in Taos!!
